Brewbakers Restaurant, Happy Baker and Catering Solutions consists of a large professional team of Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Wine Sommelier, Master Bakers, Certified Bartenders, Wait Staff, Hostesses and Catering Coordinators.  Heading up the team is Food and Beverage Director – Executive Chef Patrick Lockyer.  Chef lockyer has over 20 years experience in the industry working in high end restaurants, catering high end events and providing training services to corporate restaurant chains across Canada.  He has provided black tie dinners for the World Wine Association, Canadian Oilmen Convention, John Cabot Celebrations, Exxon Mobile, the Queen of England and Prime Minister’s Breakfast.
