BrewBakers is located in the heart of downtown Fredericton in the original Butternut Bakery building at 546 King Street. Our cozy restaurant has an eclectic ambiance with décor accents ranging from stained glass creations and tables crafted from local boxcar floors to throw-backs of yesteryear. A casual elegant dining experience is captured through a multi-level floor plan of interconnected dining areas. We proudly engage our guests through outstanding customer service, an impeccable wine selection and our creative culinary team working from an open kitchen design.

Our award-winning Chefs specialize in creating unique dishes featuring a wonderful selection of local creations as well as some favorites that can be found around the world.  Our in-house Sommelier is available to guide you through the wine list and provide pairings suggestions for all of our dishes.  Take advantage of our signature dishes or let us customize a menu for your next occasion. BrewBakers also offers catering services for events at the restaurant and all over the Greater Fredericton area. We are very proud to offer our event planning services at one of Fredericton’s most cherished heritage venues, Frogmore Estate, a beautiful century old Victorian home located at 35 Colter Court.
